Shipping & Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.

You can also view the tracking number at any time by logging into your Organica account and visiting the Order History tab. Each order includes shipping status and a clickable tracking link for convenience. If your tracking info hasn’t updated within 48 hours, or you're having trouble accessing it, reach out to us for support.
